At G-FLEX Fitness Apparel, our journey began with a personal transformation and a passion for inclusivity. When my husband was overseas, I decided to get in shape and started training with my personal trainer. Exercising became fun and enjoyable, and my curiosity about how different muscles worked led me to a deep interest in fitness. I realised that if other women knew what I knew, exercising wouldn't feel like a chore.
Closing my formal wear business was a tough decision, but I combined my love for creating garments with my newfound passion for fitness. I noticed a significant gap in the market—there were no larger sizes in sportswear, nor were there any garments catering to the Muslim community, especially women. Sportswear was generally designed for slimmer women willing to show more skin.
At G-FLEX, our mission is to create comfortable, quality sportswear that is vibrant, bold, and inclusive of all body types. We believe that every woman, regardless of size or faith, deserves to feel confident and comfortable in their fitness journey. G-FLEX Fitness Apparel is here to make that a reality.
